Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Securely place the juicer and all original accessories, manuals, and components into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
